When we need to paint multiple figures quickly, the alternative is to use Xpress Color, matte colours with a specific formulation that allow for easy and fast painting of miniatures.
The main features are excellent capillarity that allows the colour to glide easily over the miniature’s surface, settling in all the reliefs and more intensely in the figure’s recesses, creating a contrast effect with a single coat of colour.
It is recommended to apply Xpress Color on a primed or painted surface in white or grey, and the colour will create highlight areas on the reliefs, saturated midtones, and intense shadows in the figure’s recesses.
The colours in the Xpress Color range are very versatile and can be applied over any colour in the range to create subtle shading and outlining effects, glazes or filters, and blend transitions between tones.
Xpress Color can be mixed together or diluted with Xpress Medium to modify or create new shades.
Instructions for use: While they offer the best results when applied with a brush, they can also be applied directly with an airbrush.
